What's on your christmas tree?

I was staring at our Christmas tree and looking at all the ornaments. Some of the ornaments have special stories or reasons to put them up to go along with them, so I thought I'd share them.

Santa Troll: Our first Christmas over 20 years ago we didn't have an angel to put on top of our tree. Instead we put up our Santa Troll. We do have an angel now, but it has had a place near the top of our tree every year since.
Uof U ornament: Derek had to have one
BYU ornament: since Derek got his, we had to have this one too.
UTAH JAZZ ornament: lets not forget our local pro basketball team.

Basketballs, footballs, soccer balls: these all represent our family's love of sports.

dereks drink of choice
all the boys loved scooby

"Jennifer" ornament: these hung on our tree when I was little. I happen to have two of them.

Hunter and Fisherman: the other love of the men of the house.

the boys love trains
one of my favorite homemade ornaments
new addition this year

24 Glass ball ornaments:  for years these were the one ornaments we had. We bought them to go on our first tree and not one of them broke for over 15 years..Yes they survived all the boys as babies and toddlers, as well as the cat knocking over  the tree one year.  I can't remember what caused the first break but we've only lost 5.

Striped Glass ornament: belonged to Chris's grandma, so we give it a place of honor on our tree.

The stocking and mailbox remind me of when my parents would put money from our grandparents and other relatives in them on the tree on Christmas morning. It was always fun to see what was in them.

Crocheted snowflakes and bells: My mom made these for me. She loves to crochet lots of fun things.
We now have enough ornaments to grace a few trees but these are the ones I remember the most.
